Nano Fiber Filtration maker to use Oxco for support, warehousing and converting

Hifyber, a manufacturer of Nano Fiber Filtration media has partnered with Oxco Nonwovens for sales supports, warehousing, and converting in North America.
Oxco is located near Charlotte, NC, one of the largest distribution hubs in the U.S.. “The addition of Nano fiber filtration media provides Oxco with an expanded offering and demonstrates our commitment to growth and customer support. Our low energy cost, excellent interstate access, and a committed, well-trained workforce helps us meet or exceed our customers’ demands,” says Jason Cole, Oxco Director of product development. Oxco’s current capabilities include custom composites, laminating, adhesive coating, printing, perforating, slitting, plus capabilities to supply and process films, spunbond, needlepunch, wovens, and knits.
We welcome the partnership with Oxco based on their strong reputation in the industry particularly customer support and innovation. “This partnership allows Hifyber to better serve our North American customers with quicker response to product needs and technical support. Hifyber has a unique innovative approach to in-house capabilities of producing a wide range of custom made nanofiber filtration media. HIFYBER is capable of slitting master rolls, laminating to produce multilayer materials, corrugating to extend the surface area of the material, and extremely durable coating with nanofibers all with a dedicated goal to deliver consistency throughout a product portfolio that is high-strength and peak performance. Hifyber can also perform most of the filtration tests requested and required at our in-house laboratory.
Hifyber is part of the Turkish holding company Abalioglu, which has 2500 employees with $1.3 billion in annual turnover and operating on four continents. Hifyber is focused on producing proprietary nanofibers for various filtration applications including primarily gas turbine air intake, industrial dust collection, HVAC as well as other applications such as engine intake, cabin air, and customer specified composites. Hifyber’s filtration efficiencies range from Merv.13-16, F7 – E12, and H13.
